Morning all... a few builds here near Invercargill. The two sandstone grey adjoined sheds are a 15m x 8m monopitch for a car showroom & a 12m x 12m workshop with enough height for a car hoist. The 3 bay 'slate' colour shed is for a fella developing some sections, with a bathroom & storage etc COLORSTEEL

This is the basic process for getting a shed built, after building consent comes through (usually 4-5 weeks)... the site gets cleared, a 'platform' of compacted hardfill gets put down to level the site & then the concrete slab can be prep’d & poured. Once thats had time to cure & the materials pack is on site (usually 3-4 weeks delivered to site) the framed modules get assembled, before cladding & fit-out

This is a 22m wide & 41m long Equestrian arena down in Winton, New Zealand. The side wall height is 4.2m & roof pitch if 15 degrees. Its an awesome example of a clearspan modular building/ framework with 8 bays, each is 5.1m long

Just wrapped up a 2 week mission over in Hawea Flat. This is a 12m span x 20m length with a 4.2m wall height to get a Car/ Truck hoist in, as the owner is a diesel mechanic. Not bad scenery over in Hawea Flat, New Zealand too
