A milestone entry. Now an award-winning one. 🥈🏡

This is a very proud moment for our team.

Our Ruapehu 151 show home has received a Regional Silver Award in the GIB Show Home category at the 2026 Master Builders House of the Year.

Earlier this year, the Ruapehu 151 became the first transportable, off-site-built home to be entered in this category. Now, it has a Regional Silver Award to its name.

That makes this more than an award for us. It is meaningful recognition of what transportable building can achieve when clever construction, considered design and genuine care come together.

From the first plans to the final finishing touches, countless decisions, skilled hands and plenty of heart went into this home. Its distinctive architectural character, relaxed coastal-inspired styling and thoughtfully considered spaces were all designed to challenge expectations of off-site building.

Seeing that work recognised by the judges, and having the opportunity to accept the award together, was pretty special.

It reinforces something we have always believed: how a home is built should never limit how beautifully it can be built.

A huge thank you to our talented team, trusted suppliers and everyone who helped bring the Ruapehu 151 to life. This achievement belongs to all of you.
