• Accounts: Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and bills, payments and debtors follow up.
• Office Support: Help maintain daily office operations by managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a tidy, organized work environment.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including contracts, account forms, insurance and other critical paperwork.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients and subcontractors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in company databases and systems.
• Coordination: Assist in coordinating logistics and day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
