Meet Cyndee Elder, founder of Able Abodes Ltd and our Partner of the Week! Cyndee’s journey from a state house beneficiary to a homeowner and entrepreneur has been nothing short of transformative, fueling her passion for creating accessible, sustainable housing solutions for communities across New Zealand.
Since launching Able Abodes in 2019, Cyndee has led her team in designing and building innovative one-bedroom super homes, tackling the housing crisis with affordable solutions that don’t compromise on quality or sustainability. "It’s about more than just providing shelter," Cyndee shares. "We’re building homes that offer stability, dignity, and a sense of belonging."
Cyndee’s success is built on lived experience, determination, and her natural ability to connect with people. With a foundation in business management and a hands-on approach to learning, she’s proud to have created a company that puts people first.
