Really enjoyed this Reno. The client let us do with the interior/exterior what we wanted with-in budget of course.
Took us 4 weeks to complete this.
The painting was a little challenging with all walls being brick and plaster. Lots of skimming walls and ceilings.
Kitchen was exciting to build as we needed to build around the hot water cilinder.
Laundry a nice upgrade.

Had some fun installing 37 windows and door at Logan Park for Morlite. Took 2 of us just under 10 days to tape (two layers on sill) than lots of moving scaffolding around, instal, screw off 2 screws @ 450 centre, PEF rod and sealant all around. On to the next one…
