Cxbladder Triage is a non-invasive genomic urine test optimized to risk stratify and rule out urothelial cancer in patients presenting with microhematuria. The test is included in the AUA/ SUFU Microhematuria Guideline, supported with Grade A evidence, and US Medicare coverage for the use of Triage and Triage Plus in appropriately counseled intermediate risk patients has been proposed with the recent publication of a draft LCD.
