Another week and another Panasonic Split hot water Heat pump system installed. This household wanted Mains pressure hot water instead of that terrible low pressure system. Successful installation by our team.

Wanting cheap hot water and peace of mind that these units work without electric element assistance.

When one of this Hotels boilers failed at the start of peak season it left a large heating deficit, that meant some areas of the Hotel had to be closed.
When we were approached by the Mechanical services provider, we were more than happy to provide the team to smash out the ASME IX welded pipework within a time critical timeframe and working within a still functioning plantroom. Installed and delivered all the pipework installation a week earlier when needed.

The lads are smashing out this pipework for a Queenstown plantroom fitout that has very short time window for completion.

Attended a commercial premises where a heating circuit was not providing heat. Upon connecting a differential pressure meter and confirming no flow, it was determined that a blockage was restricting the circulator's performance. A system flush revealed mineral scale and iron flakes. Flow has been restored to the heating loop. The next task is to assess the entire system for a comprehensive flush, treatment, and verification that the expansion system is functioning correctly to minimize fresh water top-up operations.

Our team really love fixing leaking calorifiers in Central Otago. This one needed about 7 patches to provide this Hotel operation some time for a replacement.
Buggest issue is the lack of maintenance on Calorifiers with Anodes not being inspected or checked that leads to breaking down of the enamel coating in the steel cylinders.
The water is hard up here, get your anodes checked.

Our team are smashing out the Stainless sanitary tube installation here at a brewery undergoing capacity expansion.

Need pipe services installed in the central Otago area, we work out of Cromwell and undertake welded carbon, welded copper and welded stainless. We also undertake crimped stainless and have all the tooling up to 108 size.

Spotlight on testing equipment.

This is just some of the testing equipment that we use for Pressure testing and flow proving of Piped services or pressure equipment.

* 700Bar hydro tester we use for pressure testing.
* Calibrated pressure gauges to cover pressure tests up to 700 Barg
*Paddle flow meter for testing pump flow rates during commissioning against flow curve.
* Hydronic Differential pressure manometer we use to check for pressure across a pump, strainer or for balancing hydraulic circuits.
* Nitrogen regulator rated to 69 Barg that we use for Pneumatic testing.

When we undertake pressure equipment installation, Piped services installation Gas or Fluid we also undertake the development of the testing procedures and flow checking procedures as part of the installation service we provide for the end customer.
