𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗻𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲):
• A great attitude and genuine enthusiasm for building.
• Initiative, get stuck into a task or when you’re unsure, you speak up.
• Willingness to learn, listen, and take feedback on board.
𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹):
• Completed year 1 & 2 of your apprenticeship.
• Manual driver’s license.
𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀):
• Your own tool kit.
• Some experience on residential sites.
• Completed polytech pre-trade course.
