The build has taken another big step forward, with the framing now standing and the full layout beginning to reveal itself.
SB 2 BUILD LTD have been steadily working their way through each section, taking this project from an open platform to a structure with real shape and flow.
Plenty more progress ahead, and we’re looking forward to sharing the next update soon.

Groundworks are progressing smoothly, with the installation of new piles and framing marking a significant step forward. This site is now moving from initial earthworks to a clearly defined structural form, providing an early glimpse of the project taking shape.

There’s plenty more progress on the way, and we can’t wait to show you what comes next!

Before any new project begins, there’s often a bit of clearing to make space for what’s to come. With some careful tree removal and earthworks, this section is now ready for its next chapter.

It’s always amazing to see how much potential is revealed once the groundwork is done, we can’t wait to share what’s planned for this spot soon!
