FROM HAULING THE TOOLS TO LEARNING HOW TO USE THEM! 🚛🪚

Looks like Harry's decided he's had enough of watching everyone else do the building!

Since joining us as our truck driver at the end of 2023, Harry has become a valued part of our team.

Now we're excited to announce he's coming on board full time to start his building apprenticeship!

We're stoked to see him take on this next step, and even more stoked that he's doing it with us.

Good on ya Harry!👏

A great start on our new Law Street project!

Rebar is in, preparations are complete, and the slab pour is just around the corner.

Big thanks to Orbit Reinforcing Limited for supplying the reinforcing and capturing the fantastic drone shot.

We can't wait to see this one rise from the ground! 🚧🏡

Remember the sloping ceiling on our site north of Dunedin?
Well… the ply ceilings are up!

The angles make this ceiling a real feature, and seeing the ply now installed really shows off both the design and the craftsmanship involved in bringing it together.

Great work by our site team 👏

Great progress on site in Ocean Grove as the framing continues to take shape.

With the upper level now emerging, the outlook is opening up and giving us a preview of the incredible views these home owners will enjoy for years to come.

Some of the best parts of a project can't be drawn on a plan, and this view is definitely one of them. 🪟🌊

Celebrating excellence in New Zealand's building industry.

For more than 12 years, one of our Directors, Bill, has proudly served on the Otago Master Builders Committee, supporting the building industry he's so passionate about.

Recently, Bill had the privilege of presenting the Special Award at the Master Builders Central North Island Awards.
It was an opportunity not only to celebrate outstanding achievements, but also to witness firsthand the exceptional talent, innovation and craftsmanship being showcased by builders and designers across New Zealand.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners. The calibre of work on display is something NZ can be extremely proud of.

We're incredibly proud of Bill for his ongoing contribution to recognising and supporting excellence in our industry.

A little sneak peek at some of the finishing touches coming together on our St Clair renovation 👀

The kitchen now features a pressed tin splashback, adding texture and character to the space. The client also chose to restore the existing timber flooring using Solo Floor Sanding. Their team worked hard to sand and refurbish the area to retain some of the home’s original character. The kitchen hardware was then selected to tie in with the warm tones of the floor.

In the bathroom, a mural wall has been installed, creating a real feature moment and adding another layer of personality to the renovation.

It’s these personal touches that help make a renovation feel unique to the home and the people living in it.

Next major stage for this project…. the deck!
