A project or should I say a couple of projects that left the workshop a few weeks ago, two tyre service/breakdown units.
These were a decent sized job fitting all the elements in required to make them fit for use including…
* High volume petrol compressor on slides for ease of servicing
* 4x underbody air tanks
* 2x rear underbody boxes
* 1x stainless steel underbody hand wash water tank
* Simple fold down and lock out rear tail gate with door for beading tyres
* All compressor controls (ignition, decompression valve etc ) on passenger side of body
* 4x rear work lights
* Toolbox door sensor and in cab alarm
* All lights and beacons are controlled in the cab
* Body and components are sandblasted zinc and powder coated to give a hard wearing finish
* Plywood deck over layed with aluminium chequer plate
* Dual air fittings on both rear corners or body
All in all there is plenty jammed into these units filling all the customers requirements
Another enjoyable job out the door with plenty more in the making. ✅
