THE PROJECT ⬇️
• Removing an old family home with lots of memories
• Creating a new family home to be enjoyed for years to come and also create many more family memories

Step one : Concept design to create a new home on an existing home landing. This was a custom design for a busy family of five.

Step Two: Design sign off and into council for consent.

Step Three: Central House Movers to uplift and carefully remove the existing home.

Step Four: Time for us to step in and bring this new family home to life!

THE CRAFT UPDATE • The roof is almost complete and we love the matte !! Looking very sharp on this epic build. The Aluminum joinery has arrived and being installed, exterior cladding is underway, pre-wire and pre-plumb has also been done. We are looking forward to closing this home in before the weather turns.

Meet Gus • We are pretty excited that Gus is entering the Master Builders Apprentice Of The Year this year for 2026. Gus began his building career back in 2022 and has been a HUGE part of the Narley team. He brings the yarns, willingness to learn and further his building skills, big personality and smile.
