What’s been happening in Awa Park lately? Glad you asked 👀

Tim’s been out here doing his thing… and by that we mean helping three of our beautiful house and land packages find their new owners over the last couple of months. Not bad, not bad at all.

But… Lot 26 is still waiting for its perfect match. And honestly, it’s being pretty patient about it.

We’re talking a proper 4 bedroom family home sitting on a huge 655sqm section. Its the kind of backyard that demands a trampoline, a cricket set, and some very questionable backyard footy skills,. There’s still heaps of room left over too for Mum and Dad’s shed, the camper trailer you swear is getting used next summer, a vege garden, BBQ setup… and yes, even a boat.

Did we mention the yard is massive?

If you don’t believe us, just look at Tim standing way out the back. He’s basically a speck. We promise he’s there.
