We're proud to share a case study from one of our most meaningful recent projects involving our Victoria, AU reseller KTR Group.

Camperdown's new aged care facility, delivered in partnership with South West Healthcare and A W Nicholson, is a landmark development for regional Victoria. Thoughtfully designed around dementia-inclusive principles, private household living, and genuine connection to community, it sets a new benchmark for what publicly funded aged care can achieve.

Using a Miracle Electronics Nurse Call and Emergency Alarm Management system was installed across the full two-level, 36-bed facility. Getting the technology right in a building like this isn't just a technical exercise, it requires understanding how care is actually delivered, and how the system needs to support staff, residents, and families every single day.

Thanks to KTR Group for installing the system and supporting the customer all the way through to support. We're really happy of the outcome, and proud to have been able to support a project that will make a real difference to older Victorians in the Camperdown region.
