Behind every precision-machined part, custom fabrication project, and urgent repair is a team that's proud to get the job done right. Based on the West Coast, we're a close-knit crew with a wide range of skills across CNC machining, manual machining, fabrication, design, welding, and more.

It's always good to look back and reflect on past projects. Here are some of our custom helicopter trolleys, designed and manufactured right here on the West Coast. They make it safer and easier to move aircraft for maintenance, storage and, most importantly, take-offs and landings.

Simple part? Or is it... 👀

At first glance, it might look like a straightforward machined component, but there's a lot more going on beneath the surface.

Alongside the finished part is a 3D printed cutaway model, giving a glimpse inside the complex internal features that make this component work. From precision machining to innovative design, it's a great example of how we help bring engineering ideas to life.

Recently the team has been flat out with CNC machining, fabrication, preparing for a new machine, and helping train the next generation of engineers.

From raw steel through to the final machined part every set is manufactured with accuracy and consistency.

Theses part were machined with only two setups, with the help of our CNC trunnion.
