Another recent renovation completed. We took an old ex-state house that was worn out in a really bad condition. We revealed the beautiful timber floors, renovated bathrooms, toilets and bedrooms throughout. New wall linings were installed, a new kitchen, and we bought all finishes up to a tidy modern style.

Our recent renovation has opened up this space to "how it should have always been."

Our client wanted to open up a closed-off kitchen, dining, and lounge to not be separated from family when in each of these areas of their home.

So we reinforced the structure, removed load-bearing walls, installed structural steel beams, added more native timber finishes, and revealed beautiful timber floors that had been covered over. We opened up the entry with a new barn slider door, trimmed with native timbers to our client's design, and replaced aged fixtures. We sourced old-style coving to match the existing as the client wanted to carry aspects of the old character into the new areas.

A little bathroom renovation we carried out recently for one of our repeat clients.

This tired old bathroom required a little bit of TLC. We encountered so much rot in the subfloor, flooring, and framing as well as asbestos on the interior and exterior. Everything was replaced and brought up to a safe, healthy, and quality finish.
