Another renovation wrapped up for a fantastic client and another 5 star review!
We love working on original character homes, there's something special about preserving their charm while bringing them up to modern standards.
This project involved removing the original walls and skirting, strengthening the walls to meet today’s structural requirements, adding insulation, installing new Gib, removing old wallpaper, and applying a full plaster skim coat for a smooth, modern finish.
We also built a new bay window seat to complement the room, along with a separate custom storage box that doubles as a headboard for the beds, a practical and stylish solution.
A great client and a beautiful result! it’s projects like these that remind us why we love what we do.
