Designed by internationally renowned NZ artist Francis Upritchard, ‘Rock’ was officially unveiled at its new home in Hayes Paddock Reserve yesterday.

A short while ago, Endoscopy on Clarence's new purpose built medical clinic was officially opened!

The three level premises houses two state-of-the-art endoscopy surgeries, eight day stay recovery bed facilities, consultants suites, modern staff amenities alongside secure basement carparking.

After almost 15 years serving as Senior Quantity Surveyor, Nick Hoebergen has recently transitioned into a business development role for Construct Ltd.

“In this position, my objective is to foster a stronger collaboration with designers and developers throughout the project's design phases. I hope to accomplish this by actively engaging with all parties, offering some value engineering insights and estimation services without any obligation. Additionally, I hope to be a reliable point of contact, readily available to facilitate project negotiations or contribute to the tender process if required.”
