Customer pays his first "bill" since we installed his solar. He was very happy with the low amount of $35 for the month - not realising that was a $35 CREDIT and not a $35 bill!
"Oh, I've never had a credit before so didn't realise!"
Had to ring him and advise that we pay him for his credits!

How about no more power bills for Christmas? 🎅 -

They are getting some great credits (instead of power bills) and we don't expect them to pay for electricity again! Even if the grid goes out their solar system is able to cover all their electrical demands.  They're also currently selling their surplus energy for around of 15c per unit. If you ...
