- **Experience:** 3-4 years in residential renovations and some new build skills.
- **Training:** Working towards your Level 4 Carpentry Certificate (minimum 75% required).
- **Attitude:** Independent problem-solving, a can-do spirit, eagerness to learn, punctuality, and professional presentation.

**Employment Options:**
- Casual, part-time, or full-time positions available.
- Focus on building long-term relationships; we’re not looking for contractors.
