Perched in place.

This transportable home was safely place on its new perch and now it's time to start on the deck and garage.

The guys are hard at work on this site in Thames, augering the holes for the deck piles. With such an elevated site, our clients will soon have an expansive deck to make the most of those stunning views and enjoy some spectacular sunsets.

Another step closer to turning this site into home.

Completed rental in Raglan.

Our lovely clients built a brand-new rental property with us in Raglan.

A stunning new elevated family home with views out to sea, ready for some lucky tenants to make it their own. What a great home and investment!

Maris and Logan chose to build 104sqm 3-bedroom home with some beautiful interior features such as a stone kitchen bench top, plank flooring throughout the living area and a deck to capture the sun and views.

We’re so proud of how this home turned out, as we are with all our builds and thrilled to see another project completed and handed over to our happy clients!

Another one completed and on the truck..

This Kiwi 3 design is making its way to Thames. Once it arrives onsite our clients have plans for an internal access garage to be built onsite, hence the ply wall. Who says you can't have it all in a transportable home!

What do we think of colour washing?

Our clients went bold with one wash of colour throughout the entire interior, ceiling included! And wow, does it make a statement!

We love the unique and creative ideas our clients come up with. It keeps every project interesting and allows us to think outside the box.

Built onsite in Taupiri, our clients chose to modify our Kiwi 3 design to perfectly suit their needs. We love seeing our designs adapted to create a home that’s uniquely theirs. It won’t be long now until they get to move into their brand-new KDH home, they must be absolutely coloured with excitement!

Blair's been playing on the drone again.

Check out the views at this awesome Rangitahi site! Work is well underway, with the retaining wall in and now the roller doing its magic on the sandpad. This build is gonna be one to watch! Thanks Raglan Excavations 2023 Ltd doing a stella job!

On the truck and off it goes...

This 70sqm 2 bed granny flat was loaded up and shipped to Taumaranui this week. Perfect timing as we will need the space in the yard, with the influx of people signing up to build transportable homes at the moment! It's an exciting time, and we can't wait to get started on the next projects!

No more horsing around..

Our clients decided it was time to move out the horses so they could use the old training arena to build a brand-new home. The guys weren't horsing around as they got stuck into setting the piles for this 90sqm Tui 3-bedroom design. This home is going to make a great second dwelling on this State Highway 23 property.

Every great build starts with an idea..

For our clients, it began with a floor plan they'd already sketched out.

They came to us with a layout that worked for their family, and our designer, Steven, brought that vision to life. Designed for modern family living, this 230sqm home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a double garage, and a portico entertaining area.

Finished in brick and Duragroove panel with a high-pitched gable roofline, it's set to be a standout home in a stunning rural setting.

Our clients were so excited about their new build that they even camped on-site before construction began, just to experience what it would be like. What a cool idea and family memory to cherish.

Come summer, they won't need to camp onsite anymore as they will be enjoying those beautiful countryside views from their stunning new Kiwi Designed Home.

Out with the old...

Our clients old house has finally been moved out to make way for a brand-new build. This time the layout will make full use of those views, with a large sliding door opening from the living area onto an elevated deck. Soon to be our clients new favourite spot.
