We're seeking motivated, self-starting independent contractors to join our network and help deliver top-notch heat pump cleaning services. What You'll Do 🤔
Perform on-site heat pump cleanings (indoor and outdoor units) using our proven, eco-friendly processes.
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities (e.g., maintenance packages).
Source and refer new leads from your network to build our shared customer base—your referrals directly boost your income.
Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Compensation: Stake in Every Job + Growth Potential
As an independent contractor, you'll earn a competitive fixed payment per completed job (negotiable based on experience and job scope) plus a percentage of the job value (commission structure to be discussed). This hybrid model rewards efficiency and initiative:
💸Base + Commission: Secure steady income from every service you deliver.
💸Referral Bonus: Earn a fixed 20% on jobs from customers you introduce, scaling your earnings as you grow our client list.

Payments are prompt via invoice (weekly or bi-weekly), with clear tracking of your contributions.
What We're Looking For 🧐
✅Proven experience in heat pump/HVAC maintenance, cleaning, or related trades (certifications like NZQA in refrigeration/air conditioning a plus).
✅Reliable transport and we can provide tools/equipment (we provide training on our specific methods).
✅Strong customer service skills and a proactive mindset for lead generation.
✅Based in Blenheim, Picton or near Kaikōura (or willing to travel locally).
✅Physically fit for ladder work and outdoor tasks in all weather.
Important: Independent Contractor Role
This is a genuine independent contractor position under New Zealand law—not employment. You'll operate as a self-employed professional, responsible for:
Your own tax obligations (including GST if applicable).
Personal accident cover (ACC) and public liability insurance (we recommend at least $1M coverage).
Setting your own schedule and managing your workload.
