That is a common ingrained motto for us, it's even sign written on our offices!
Today it was assisting the public down on the Takapau Plains in Central Hawke’s Bay.
A whanau travelling encountered an unfortunate flat tyre. 🚙
Our crew working there were quick to assist, changing the tyre - so they could continue in their travels.

Today we supported a member of our traffic safety team Serenity Mill who was a recipient of a Youth Potential Award at a ceremony in Hastings today hosted by the Youth Council of the Hastings District Council.

Presented by Her Worship Mayor Sandra Hazlehurst, the Te Aumangea Youth Potential Awards recognise rangatahi who have overcome adversity and highlight their resilience towards the challenges as they strive towards their goals and full potential.

Nominated by local youth organisation Pursuit, this award acknowledges the hard work done by Serenity during her move back from Australia in 2023. In January 2025 she joined the Topline Academy with the support and encouragement of Pursuit. Serenity graduated the Training Academy taking out the Most Improved Cadet Award, and is now in full-time employment as a traffic safety worker, ensuring road users travel safely throughout worksites of major infrastructure across Hawke’s Bay.

Managing directror Ta**us Taurima and Topline Academy facilitators Uruta Collier and Jaamin Pere were also on hand to offer their proud support of their once cadet, now hard working wahine toa.
