There’s something pretty special about handover day. Last week, we handed over this beautiful family home, tucked away amongst the orchards of Hawke’s Bay 🍎 After watching it take shape, it was wonderful to see the family finally step into a home that’s been designed around the way they live.
One of the things we love about building is that no two homes or families are quite the same. In this case, their son is an electrician and has completed all of the electrical work himself, with just a few finishing touches still to be done. It’s a great example of the flexibility we can offer our clients. We can take care of as much or as little of the build as you need.
Inside, there are thoughtful spaces for everyday family life. A welcoming entrance to kick off the boots after a day outside, three generous bedrooms, a master suite with its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, and a separate laundry to keep the washing tucked away.
And then there’s the family bathroom, ready for those all-important baths when the grandkids come to stay. It’s the little details that make a house work for a family, and we think this one has got them just right.
