Our beautiful 132m2 Kaweka building (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) has been transported to its final destination yesterday morning, making the owners very happy. The house arrived on Hawke’s Bay’s Central coastline and has been designed in an elegant, relaxing way ready for the piles to be concreted today. It will be used to bring family and friends together for summer picnics and winter gatherings by the roaring fire.

Our next project is coming along nicely. This is going to be a 1800m2 engineering factory with 200m2 of offices. First pour has been done with the next pour scheduled for next week

Not a bad site for this 62m2 2 bedroom that went out to Netherton Farm Park this week. This cottage will be completely off grid with solar, batteries and Gas hot water.

After 6 days the place is wired and is ready for plumbing. Working inside there is no hurry with putting the roof on so we like to lay the insulation from above before putting the roof on.
Painting is done on the cladding before the joinery goes in so that the painter doesn't have to mask the windows and doors when he sprays. All about efficiency here
