We've been pretty quiet on here this month but things have been cranking on site

🔨 Our Woodend extension using formance SIP panels is now closed in a ready for its next phase

🔨 Our Oxford renovation is well underway with the bathroom complete, rotten weatherboards replaced and new soffits and trims installed, the extension phase is well into its planning stage

🔨 Our Strowan carport Footings have been excavated and poured ready for the structure to be erected in the coming weeks

🔨 Our Cashmere soffit repair was completed with broken sheets replaced and all the eaves given a paint freshen up

🔨 This week we've been working on an exciting commercial project with our mates at Waghorn Builders

🔨 We've managed to squeeze in some some maintenance and repair work along the way and we have some more exciting projects in the pipeline

This old bathroom was lacking space and getting a bit worn out so we completely gutted it, deleted the bath and changed the shower orientation to gain more space.

New vanitys installed in both the bathroom & toilet,
Upgraded towell rail, heater & mirror, new flooring and finished off with a fresh light coloured paint.

We also replaced the old water damaged doors and installed new modern hardware

Here at Qj Nelmes Construction LTD we are looking forward to next weekend as naming sponsor of night 2 for the Modified thunder event in Duniden.

After 8 long years we see the return of the modifieds to Custom Signs Beachlands Speedway as we welcome a entry list from all over New Zealand.
