Done and dusted. It was a pleasure and privilege to be a part of our friend’s bathroom renovation and for them, it couldn’t have come sooner. There was a fair bit of work that went into this but we managed to bring this bathroom from their brief to a reality. Our mobile bathroom was in use throughout the renovation and provided the ability for the homeowner’s to remain at home without any major disturbance. The mobile bathroom is available to our customers as our way to make things easier for them throughout their build at an ultra low daily charge (weekends free on full renovations). Tapware and fixtures used were Englefield Valencia Elite shower unit 1200 x 900 round with corner contour liner, Greens Astro II floboost mixer, slide rail rainboost and Astro II basin mixer. St Michael Posh Domaine 2 draw 600 wall hung vanity with black pop up waste and Cura CC back to wall rimless toilet with black flush buttons and seat hardware caps all sourced through Reece Plumbing Balclutha. Towel rails, heated towel rail, toilet roll holder and wall hung mirror cabinet were sourced from Mega 10 Dunedin. Building materials including the black Weiss bathroom heater were brought locally through ITM. The double glazed window with safety glass was manufactured by Fairview Milton and installed within existing lintel width. Black down lights, light switch and power outlets supplied by Foleys Plumbing and Electrical. Other Trades involved were Foleys Plumbing and Electrical Balclutha and Clutha Flooring. Gib stopping done by Cross Design and owner painted using Dulux Kitchen and Bathroom flat white for ceiling and low sheen for walls. Colour was Half St Clair. Trim finished in Dulux Aqua Enamel in semi gloss. Floor area of bathroom was 2480mm x 1800mm, just under 4.5m2 so we managed to pack in some features while remaining spacious and functional.
