CBS crew completed this retaining wall including some steps this week ready for the client to fill and complete his driveway area. Its not hard to take a bit more time to finish what many will say is just a retaining wall with some nice thought out detailing. Some solid progress on the Sanctuary job this week with the rest of the roof on and getting thr building all wraped up with us starting the cavity today. Roofers will be back in a week to complete the flashings and the cedar cladding we ordered months ago turned up with time to spare, this place is going to dtart looking good! Bit of an update at the Sanctuary job.roof ready finishing up work on the steel portal in fill and about ready to start straightening the exterior frame ready for building wrap and cavity. Also welcoming a new apprentice on board next week to help with the work load. We are all hoping the weather is on the up so we can get this job moving again.🤙Get in touch if your after a great crew to build that dream house. We will be looking for new projects in 2023. Some progress shots of 60 Robert Hastie Drive in mangawahi. We've had some weather to deal with along the way but we're finally laying the Maglock flooring. Frames and structural steel are nearly ready for delivery. Looking forward to watching this project take shape with the new crew.
