📍Project Highlight: Okiato Residence

This build was one of those projects that reminded us what building is all about.

Set on the waterfront in Okiato, the brief was simple but inspiring — create a home that feels open to the view, but private, calm, and easy to live in. The result is a series of light-filled spaces that flow seamlessly from inside to out, and with dark cladding grounding the home in its coastal surroundings.

From the first foundations to the final touches, this project was a true team effort — and even years later, it’s still one we look back on with pride.
