We're excited to show off the latest project, it a turn-of-the-century cottage renovation! The transformation is well underway.
To date:

🏊‍♂️ Swimming Pool Shell is now installed – can't wait to see this feature take shape!

🏗️ New Extension Slab & Portal Frames are up, giving the home even more space and modern structure.

🏠 Existing Home has received brand new foundations and slab installation, providing a solid base for the future.

🔨 Framing Near Completion – we’re almost there with the structure, and the new roof is next!

A huge shoutout to our amazing team who’s been working hard and getting things done. 👏

The owners wanted a simple home for easy living that was also fully equipped to entertain – and entertain they can! There are so many options for gathering friends and family to enjoy great living inside and out. Inside, the black decor sits superbly alongside natural oak floors in the open-plan kitchen/dining/ family areas. A modern kitchen with scullery allows the host to keep the clutter backstage while wowing front of house. The lounge can easily be closed off from the main living area via full height steel doors. This classic colour scheme ties the inside to the ultra-modern exterior, a contemporary combination of cladding materials speaks volumes, highlighting the impressive architecture and 15m heated pool.
