We have started 2025 with another build in Leeston - we really enjoy building in our little township.
This is a three-bedroom home that we built from existing plans, rather than our own design. We love the huge full-height windows in the living area - it was cosy without any heating on, even on the cooler days we've had.
This home sold before it went to market, thanks to Stephan Knowler - McRae & Knowler Selwyn and the new owners whom we had the pleasure of working with towards the end of the build.
