Here's a recent asphalt driveway we completed on the Port Hills. One of the steepest and most challenging driveways we have done in 20 years.
Photos don't do the steepness justice.
Access was extremely difficult as you will see in our next post with videos. It was a full excavation and then a full new base constructed.
Owners are very happy as they were struggling to find a contractor to take such a tricky job on.

A large coloured concrete driveway we have been working on in Ohoka, almost ready for the concrete pour on Monday.

We're currently working on a massive 2000 square metre site in Ohoka for a shed and parking/utilities area.
Lots of spoil to remove and tonnes of fill to bring in, so we've got a 20 tonne digger on site for this job which is being operated by Kent the owner of the business. Taggarts are helping with cartage to keep things moving along nicely. Thankfully the weather's been perfect for this kind of work. 🌞

First siteworks job (rib raft foundation) for the year that we did a couple of weeks ago.
We will be doing another 2 in this stunning lifestyle block subdivision in Loburn for Stroud Homes North Canterbury Ltd.
