Summit Building Wash Technologies

Summit Building Wash Technologies A high-rise building washing machine, designed to do the job safer, faster, cheaper and more sustainably.

Commercial building wash typically means a crew, petrol equipment, and a full day of site coordination.

The Summit battery electric pressure washer fits in the back of a ute. Self-contained, ready to be put to work, and producing zero emissions and no noise on site.

It runs on a single charge for a full commercial day. No fuel. No exhaust. No noise.

Add a battery electric truck like the BYD Shark into the equation and the vehicle itself extends the run time of the pressure washer.

One integrated, emissions-free setup from transport to clean.

Most commercial buildings are still being cleaned the same way they were 40 years ago.

The standard has moved. Mechanical scrubbing. Precision water use. No abseilers over the side of the building.

Built on 40 years of knowing exactly what buildings need.

One machine. One day. The work of 6-8 people.

The robotic building wash machine developed by Summit BWT physically scrubs building exteriors. Direct mechanical contact with the surface, removing what pressure alone cannot touch.

The result is a cleaner building, completed faster, with up to 85% less water use.

Hnry Stadium, Wellington. Completed by Summit Building Wash Technologies.

One machine. One day. Up to 85% less water than the conventional alternative and a superior clean to current cleaning methods. It can also clean over 3 times faster than conventional cleaning meaning less time on site.

This is what the future of modern building maintenance looks like.

Most commercial building wash methods rely on chemicals, pressure or water volume to do the work. For routine surfaces, that's often enough.

For high-rise and commercial buildings with years of environmental build-up, scrubbing is what actually cleans. Physical contact with the surface. Not pressure from a distance.

Summit BWT was designed by people who do this work every day. The technology exists because the gap between what the industry accepted and what actually works was too wide to leave.

Up to 85% less water and no chemicals. A cleaner building. No compromise.

This what happens when you stop relying on chemicals and water volume and start relying on contact.

The Summit Robotic Brush Machine physically scrubs the building, with one machine doing the work of 6-8 abseilers in a day. It uses pure water - which gives glass a real sparkle - and unlike a mop and blade clean, this machine cleans all the glass, frames, seals and mullions. Every surface. No shortcuts.

This technology was developed because we know from experience that pressure washing alone is never the full answer. The buildings that come out looking exceptionally clean and sparkling are the ones that have been scrubbed, not just sprayed with chemicals and water.

If you manage or own commercial property, that distinction is worth understanding.

The building wash industry has relied on pressure, chemicals and water volume for decades.

We knew there was a better way.
