This house was on a lean by 150mm from the 2011 earthquake, the ringfoundation was falling apart, and most of the lath and plaster walls were cracked. Our job was to relevel her and replace the ringfoundation and 12 piles, and pack all the other piles. This would also require new floors and new linings on most of the walls. Credit to Ross McAllister and his crew for the lush painting.
