We built it above a live commercial building, navigating tight access, coastal exposure, and a whole lot of eyes waiting to see if we’d pull it off.
Smart sequencing. In-house fabrication. Sharp detailing from bar to terrace.
It looks laid-back. But behind the scenes? This one took hustle.
Now it’s packed most nights — and proving the Shore can go toe-to-toe with the city when the ambition’s there.
