Finally signing off on this partial recladd of the old Ellerslie racecourse building. Original construction 1890 then moved up the hill in 1920, 3 stories and 10 rooms it got a massive footprint. Architectural angles and an older style made this project quite challenging for sure.

No-one could figure out why these windows were leaking, the flexible sealant had failed and was not an acceptable solution to begin with.

We have epoxy sealed in headflashings to divert the water away from anywhere capillary action is causing water egress. Simple and effective.
