Inside the Cottonsoft factory, a lot of time was lost getting from one end of the room to the other.

Staff had to walk the long way around the conveyor belt, which wasn’t ideal, especially when it was happening multiple times a day.

To help increase efficiency, we delivered a modular stepover platform that went over their conveyor belts, giving employees direct access to get exactly where they needed to be.

A simple solution that compounds into a big improvement in their day-to-day efficiency.

Another bespoke and compliant access solution delivered to support the ongoing upgrades at Takaanini Train Station ✅

Dynamic Scaffolding was contracted by Oxcon to construct two temporary access stairs and clear span bridges while a new permanent walkway was being built. We supported the team with temporary works design and the documentation required for Auckland Council sign-off.

Using the Proscaf Public Access system stringers and guardrails, Dynamic were able to meet those standards with confidence. Engineered Proscaf diagonal braces allowed the team to create a 12.5m clear span bridge designed to 4kPa, while still maximising the use of standard components.

Finished with carpet and stair nosings for public use, the result is a high-quality temporary access solution built for real-world conditions.
