Morrinsville based | Work across Waikato, Coromandel & BOP

We’re looking for a practical, switched on Operator/Foreman who’s confident on the gear and confident jumping out to help the team. This role suits someone who likes variety, problem solving, and leading from the front - not from the cab.

If you’re not the hands on sort, this won’t suit - we need someone who gets stuck in.

There will be times when you’ll need to stay away for work. We offer allowances to help cover your costs while you’re on the road.

Experience in any of the following is a bonus:

• Diggers
• Rollers
• Bobcats
• Trucks
• Graders
• Bulldozers

What you’ll get:

James Lux Developments are seeking a Casual Class 4 Driver to join our team.

We are based in Morrinsville and work all over Waikato/Coromandel areas.

This is a varied role which involves labouring, driving a water cart and tip truck (up to class 4) from time to time. The ideal candidate will be an able bodied person with Class 4. Minimal experience is required as training will be provided.

James Lux Developments are looking for a Class 5 Truck Driver. We are based in Morrinsville.

You need to be a self-starter and take pride in what you do. Class 5 is a must with W, T and R an advantage. There could also be a role for a Class 4 Driver who is keen to upskill. We work as teams, where everyone chips in to get the job done. Ideally you will be experienced in civil works and have some tipping and transporting experience, but this role will allow for you to gain experience in these areas.
