While the Bay of Plenty is where we’ve built our roots, our projects have an impact far beyond the region. Our work spans diverse sectors and it doesn’t matter what or where the project is, our involvement is never just about steel. It’s about the long-term impact these projects have on communities, industries, and the country as a whole.

Proud to Give Back
We’re pleased to announce that during our annual Movember Appeal, we’ve donated over $10,000 to local charities, thanks to the combined effort of our team! 🙌

Throughout November, we hold an internal campaign where we donate an amount of money for every hour worked across all our staff, to local causes.

We’re proud to continue our sponsorship again this year, for the Summer 2025/26 season of senior cricket – the Jensen Steel Baywide T20 Cup.

It’s great to be able to support our local communities like Bay of Plenty Cricket, the players and all those involved in such a fantastic competition.

The competition is well and truly underway – we wish all the teams the best of luck!

Bay of Plenty Cricket is one of the largest District Associations in New Zealand - part of the Northern Districts family.

November is over, and what a month it was! As part of our annual internal Jensen Steel Fabricators ‘Movember’ Appeal, we spent the month giving back to the community we live and work in.

Instead of growing facial hair, we raised funds by totalling all the hours worked by employees and contractors, with a donation made for every hour worked.

We’re proud to support for following incredible local foundations - Live for More, BOP Youth Development Trust - Tauranga Boxing Academy, and Ōtanewainuku Kiwi Trust.
