New 100mm concrete slab overlay ready for concrete pour
To an existing garage.
We've developed a few tricks along the way.
3rd one we've completed.
Why?
Create and compliant sleepout or granny flat.
Typically alot of existing shed slabs are to low to existing surrounding ground level..
Minimum requirement from top of new slab to paved/concrete ground around shed is 150mm.
We've all seen what happens when we get alot of rain.
