James and Alexis just spent a few days in Sydney at the Fortuna One conference.

The line-up included Steven Bartlett, Tony Robbins, Gary Brecka and leaders from some of the worlds biggest technology companies.

There were plenty of notes taken, and lots of confirmation hearing from the lead of AI at Google Australia, Natalie Piucco.

Dont start by asking, “What can we do with AI?”Start with your business.Wheres the bottleneck? Whats taking someone hours that shouldnt? What does your team repeatedly have to search for, pull together or explain?

Heres one we use a lot: If you had an extra intern turn up tomorrow, what would you give them to do? Thats often where some of the best AI opportunities are hiding. Because successful AI adoption isnt about squeezing AI into every corner of a business. Its about finding the places where it can remove friction, give people back time, make knowledge easier to access and help good people do better work.

What a day at the NZ Tech Expo!

It was so good to be surrounded by people building, creating and genuinely excited about tech in New Zealand.

We loved meeting so many of you at the Foxbyte stand, talking all things AI, showing off Pulse, and hearing about the problems businesses are looking to solve.

A huge thanks to everyone who stopped by, had a chat, entered our $500 tech giveaway, or just came over to see what we’ve been building.
