Big job out the door at Classique Plastics

We’ve just completed fabrication and welding of a 10.5m (L) x 2.8m (H) x 1.5m (W) industrial tank for a Hawke’s Bay company.

This custom-built tank will be used for acid dipping steel as part of the galvanising process.

Case Study: Z Petrol Station Signage Upgrade

As part of recent upgrades across multiple Z petrol stations, Classique Plastics was proud to supply a range of durable, high-quality signage using rotational moulding.

Pay by Plate” Signage:
Rotational moulding allowed us to produce seamless, robust signs with uniform wall thickness, making them lightweight yet incredibly strong. Designed for outdoor use, the signage resists both weather and impact, maintaining clear, bold branding over time—perfect for busy forecourt environments.

Directional “In” and “Out” Signage:
The same process was applied to entry and exit directional signs, creating strong, weather-resistant forms with clean contours and high visibility. Seamless construction ensures long-term performance with minimal maintenance, while bold graphics guide traffic safely and efficiently through the site.

Result:
By using rotational moulding, Z petrol stations now feature signage that is visually striking, durable, and built to perform in demanding outdoor conditions—combining functionality with lasting style.
