building industry, our team at Cape Construction offer a professional and experienced service delivering homes that are well-built and backed by a 10-year Master Build guarantee. We look after everything from design, consents to earthworks, right through to finishing details like landscaping and interior colour consultancy. We will personally guide you through the whole process from discussing your ideas, to the completion of your unique home. We have a passion for design and layout, and this is reflected in the homes we build; we position our houses to capture optimum daylight and design practical interior layouts that work for busy families - such as bigger kitchens and good sized living spaces. We have low overheads - so you not only get great value for money, but a beautiful home, built from better quality materials than our competitors. Big thanks to Craig and the team at Burley Kitchens, Onekawa, who do all Cape Construction's kitchens. Visitors are loving the new product they showed us earlier in the year -'Prime Acrylic Matt Black' from Prime Panels - which we've used on the overhead cupboards and toe facings in the showhome. This product is ideal for a matt finish appearance and its resistance to marking. Come and have a look, we are still open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 1 - 3pm - or by appointment outside of those hours. 5 Pelorus Avenue, Parklands.
