Proton Electric Ltd is a new industrial electrical services provider founded by Aaron Wallace and Robert Severinsen, two experienced electrical technicians with over 20 years’ experience in the industrial electrical and instrumentation sector. Proton has been born out of a passionate desire to offer high quality electrical service at a competitive price point to the industrial sector in Hawkes Bay

We plan on achieving our mission of providing the very best electrical installation and maintenance service in Hawkes Bay by building a team of highly qualified and dedicated technicians who are all highly regarded for their outstanding service, communication, technical ability and providing maximum client satisfaction. Our strategy is simple: Target all industrial sectors who require a high quality electrical contractor to assist with the servicing, maintenance and construction of their plants.

🎉 July Person of the Month 🎉

A massive congratulations to Tristan, our July Person of the Month! 🏆

This month he finally got the big one and officially qualified as an electrician! ⚡🍻 That’s a huge achievement and one that’s been well earned.

But that’s not all…

🎵 He kept morale high by pumping the car beats all the way to SFF Takapau.

🌙 Stepped up for a night time job with Unison.

🚪 And after only a few attempts… successfully fixed the office front door. (We always knew he’d get there eventually! 😂)

Awesome work, Tristan! Thanks for your hard work, your good sense of humour, and for proving that persistence really does pay off… especially with stubborn doors.

Well done to Kieran for taking out top spot in our 2026 Proton Super Rugby Tipping Competition! 👏

Whether it was amazing rugby knowledge, a lucky streak, or a few educated guesses (we'll let Kieran keep that secret 🤫), he managed to out-tip the rest of the competition and finish the season on top.

Enjoy the bragging rights until next season... because everyone will be coming for you in 2027! 🍻🏉

A massive congratulations to Sean, our June POM!

Sean's month has had a bit of everything—giving up his weekends to help the team, accidentally testing the effectiveness of our spare key system by locking the keys in the work vehicles 🔑🚐, and earning some real-life superhero points by helping an elderly lady jump-start her car. 🦸‍♂️🔋

Whether he's going above and beyond or just keeping everyone entertained with his "creative problem-solving," Sean is always willing to lend a hand and take one for the team.

Thanks for all your hard work, Sean... but maybe keep the keys in your pocket next month! 😂👏
