Throwback to last year when this outdoor space was completely reworked to create a calm, cohesive, and highly functional area that flows beautifully from the house. Every element has been carefully considered — from the clean concrete paving and crisp fencing lines, to the pool detailing, glass balustrades, and outdoor shower.

We worked with Matt from Yourscape Freedom Pool Hawkes Bay to make sure everything lined up seamlessly from start to finish. That level of coordination makes a huge difference in how a space comes together and performs long-term.

The result is a space that feels modern but timeless, practical yet relaxed — set up for entertaining, everyday living, and everything in between.

Projects like this are a great reminder that good design and solid craftsmanship make all the difference. Seeing it finished and working exactly as intended is always the most rewarding part.

Not finished yet… but this one was far too good not to share.

Cedar for days 🌲 The warmth, texture, and sheer presence of it has made this project an absolute standout already. Watching it come together has been seriously satisfying.

Alongside the exterior work, we’ve also been deep into the renovation inside — including installing a lift and a new kitchen, laundry and more to come next year.

Huge appreciation for amazing clients who trust the vision and the process. Projects like this are exactly why we love what we do.

Last weekend we took a moment to celebrate us as a team. A great mix of games, challenges, plenty of laughs and some very solid banter.

It was awesome to step back and appreciate the effort everyone has put in over the past year — not just the hard mahi, but the consistently high standard and pride taken in the quality of work delivered.

We’re thrilled to celebrate Daniel Harvey, one of our hard-working carpentry apprentices, who officially became a qualified carpenter at the Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation graduation last night!

Countless hours on the tools, determination, and a solid work ethic have all paid off — this is a huge achievement and absolutely worth celebrating.
