Steel is going up at Project Walters.

Our engineering and building teams are working alongside each other on site as the structural steel is installed and the form of the house starts to take shape.

Having both teams within MOORE means a more connected approach for our clients. With fabrication, installation and construction coordinated under one roof, each stage flows seamlessly into the next.

Project Ocean | The finishing details

A little glimpse inside Project Ocean as we move through the final stages.

The clients have selected natural stone, warm timber, brushed metal and a beautifully restrained material palette. The little details are coming together throughout the home.

Still a little way to go, but it’s taking shape beautifully.

After ➡️ Before

A little sneak peek at the first completed exterior wall at Project Collingwood! What a transformation already.

The standout feature? These stunning twin bay windows, perfectly positioned to overlook what will soon become the pool area.

If you’ve been watching this home take shape from the street, you might think you’ve seen the biggest changes already. But behind the scenes, there’s an even more dramatic transformation unfolding - one that’s still hidden from view.
We can’t wait to share what’s taking shape beyond the facade.

PROJECT WALTERS

One of two new home builds we’ve kicked off over the past couple of months, Project Walters is taking shape on a challenging but spectacular site.

Perched high on the hillside with incredible sea views, this home comes with all the complexities of a steep, technical build - but that’s exactly the kind of project we love.

With the retaining now complete, we’re into the next exciting stage as we prepare the footings for the floor slab and block walls.

Stay tuned as we bring this one to life.

The details are coming together at Project Ocean, and the vision is becoming a reality.

The cladding is now complete, beautifully paired with the woodgrain concrete tilt panels, while the stone-clad chimneys add another layer of texture and character to the exterior.

Outside, the pool is in place and the team is preparing the grounds for landscaping, bringing us one step closer to the finished vision.

Meanwhile, inside, the gib stoppers are hard at work, transforming the interiors and setting the scene for the next stage of the build.

It’s exciting to see this home evolving as each element falls into place. Stay tuned as Project Ocean continues to take shape.

Today’s roof pour at Studio @ Project Mon is a big milestone and far more complex than it first appears.

This concrete roof doesn’t just shelter the studio below; it also forms a fully liveable outdoor terrace above.

Every fall, pe*******on, waterproofing detail, reinforcing layout and structural element has been carefully considered and executed with absolute precision.

To most, it may look like a simple slab pour. But to those in the industry, this is the kind of build that showcases serious planning, technical skill and craftsmanship.

A huge effort from the team to get to this point.

A peek at The Studio @ Project Mon

A small footprint, but a highly technical build.

Carefully positioned within the existing trees and nestled into the natural bank, this studio has been designed to sit quietly within its environment rather than compete with it. Every element of the build requires a high level of precision - from working within tight access and existing root zones, to integrating the structure seamlessly into the landscape.

A couple of key design features include the seamless integration of the accessway from the existing house, which transitions into an open-air but internally framed staircase leading down to the studio entry. Above, the roof has been highly engineered and incorporates planting, allowing the structure to visually blend back into the surrounding hillside.

Projects like this may be small in scale, but they demand a level of craftsmanship and problem-solving that we really enjoy.

A closer look at the stairs in Project Albert.

Finished in oak flooring, these stairs were designed to flow seamlessly with the flooring throughout the home - creating a clean, continuous feel between levels.

Expertly installed by Marcus from Creative Station who did a fantastic job bringing the detail together.

Simple, refined, and built to last - exactly how we like it.
