We have been busy since we launched our new service Homes Created, Home Services, working our first jobs and getting out to meet people across the community who we can help! Thanks for the referrals that are already coming in!

We are here to help those getting their houses ready to go on the market, but also those downsizing and shifting into assisted or retirement living spaces. That process can be so overwhelming and difficult...we can be a gentle hand guiding you or your whānau through that process.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new business, Homes Created, Home Services here in Whakatū Nelson!

We have been trusted builders in Nelson for 20 years, over this time we have helped many new and renovated homes go to market for quick and profitable sales, and are now putting this experience to use helping others.

Our new Home Services are designed and individualised to meet our clients needs. Whether it’s helping to clean and prepare and stage your furniture and rooms for professional photos or for an open home...or a full service set up to get your property ready for the market.

Our working partnerships with local tradespeople ensure accessing help to get those little home maintenance jobs completed is easy, quick, and done to a high standard.

It was a relatively complicated house renovation requiring soil movement, installation of large concrete panels, underfloor, ceiling and wall insulation, replacement of windows, removal of load bearing walls and recladding exterior. The quality of the work was excellent, great attention to detail and real care was taken by Al and his team. Communication was easy and the end result was exactly what we hoped for. We would totally recommend Al and his team at Homes Created and would certainly use them again.

We would simply not use another building company for our renovation work! The ability Alastair has to meet our exacting standards with a level of experience and knowhow combined with a crucial eye for detail is second to none. Not only does Alastair expertly manage the trade entities involved in a project but he is often on the tools himself and is always thinking ahead of the issues that undoubtedly arise. Alastair and Barb employ a team of builders who are exacting carpenters that work with thought, pace, respect and to a very high standard.
