Last night was a very special moment for Andrew our Managing Director, he was awarded Life Membership of the Taranaki Master Builders Branch.

This is an outstanding recognition of Andrew’s many years of dedication, leadership, contribution and commitment to the building industry here in Taranaki.

Life Membership is not something that is simply achieved through time served, it reflects the respect, trust and appreciation earned through years of giving back, supporting others, sharing knowledge and helping strengthen our industry and community.

Andrew's passion for the industry, his commitment to his people, and the legacy that he continues to grow from his grandfather, father and uncle has made a lasting impact on many.

A proud moment for Andrew, his family, our team, and the wider Pepper Construction whānau.

Another great project delivered for Kainga Ora. 9 x new healthy and warm standalone homes to be used for social housing.

Thank you to all stakeholders and contractors who were part of this project, none of this could be done without your commitment, cooperation and workmanship. Kainga Ora, have some very strict timeframes on their projects, and together we have once again demonstrated our collective capacity to deliver.

A few weeks ago, we swapped our hi-vis for flat caps, feathers and a bit of Peaky Blinders style to celebrate 90 years of Pepper Construction.

It was a brilliant night with our team, families, clients, suppliers, previous staff and friends, all coming together to mark a pretty special milestone.

There was plenty of laughter, a few stories, some sharp outfits, and a real reminder of what Pepper has always been about: people, family, trust and community.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the Pepper journey so far. Here’s to the next chapter.

One of our recent inhouse projects is now finished and up for sale. This was a massive refurbishment and has bought back a very old and tired looking home that had not been touched for over 60 years back into life. We are stoked as to how it has come up, and are excited for whoever is lucky to buy and call it their new home.
