When renovating you want to ask yourself, how long will I stay in this house? Every dollar you spend needs to either provide you with the benefit you want, or increase the value of the property when you sell if that's in the near future.

This client in Hurdon knew they were going to stay in their home, so their selections were based purely on their own style and desires. It can be overwhelming and not knowing how to choose colours and pull it together can be daunting!

A tiled look shower was a non-negotiable, natural colours and features with a splash of colour (and help choosing them) was our brief.

Reusing the wood architraves which match beautifully with the wood vanity, meant we could create a space that feels like nature. Stone looking vinyl and a stunning jade tile splashback ties in with the plants they have bought in and makes this ensuite is timeless!

A fresh ensuite is taking shape. ✨

From the shower enclosure and crisp subway tile liners to the warm timber vanity, feature splashback and mirror installation, every stage is bringing this bathroom closer to completion.

It's not finished just yet, but the transformation is already easy to see.

A bathroom renovation doesn’t always mean starting from scratch.

For this upcoming project, we’re working with the existing layout and focusing on the changes that will make the biggest difference to how the space looks, feels and functions.

The vanity will stay in the same location, while the shower will be refreshed with a new subway tile finish. We’re also selecting practical finishes that will be easy to maintain and suit the home for years to come.

For a smaller bathroom, getting these details right matters.

It’s about making thoughtful improvements without changing things just for the sake of changing them.

We’re looking forward to seeing this space come together.

FROM STRIPPED BACK TO BUILT BETTER.

Introducing our latest bathroom renovation project in Hurdon, New Plymouth.

This space was taken right back to the bones, exposing the framing, plumbing and electrical before carefully rebuilding it from the ground up. Every great bathroom starts with the work you don’t always see, and this project is all about getting those foundations right before the final finishes go in.
