After a big few weeks getting the subdivision sewer completed, we’re now getting started on the foundations for Block #4, with the other three nearing completion.

It was great catching up with Dan from Ariki Plumbing + Gas onsite today. Once the plumbing is laid, we’ll be looking forward to some good weather and getting the slab poured soon.

This home is giving us serious house envy. The view, the location, the design... it's got it all! ✨

Thanks to some crisp winter weather playing ball, the team were able to get the second-level frames up this week, and it's safe to say the office view wasn't too bad.

We can't wait to share more as this build takes shape.
